A study found that the best way to cut your e-mail hours is to send less e-mails. (Because the more you send, the more people reply.) Really think about the necessity of the e-mail. To cut more time, use an e-mail signature, keep e-mails short and concise, and don’t cc people unless absolutely necessary.
